15 Min Free Consultation

15-min free consultation: We offer 15 min phone or video consultation, so you can get a feel for our providers before committing to an intake session. During this consultation, we want to get an idea of the main issues you want to address in counseling (anger management, trauma, anxiety, couples, etc.), whether you want to use insurance and if we take it, and characteristics you are looking for in your ideal therapist. We look forward to talking with you!

Early traumas in my own life, including becoming paralyzed when I was 17 yrs. old, contributed to my interest in finding out how people get through life’s most difficult moments. As a professional counselor, I have a genuine interest in people’s stories and do not judge their past or current challenges.
